Unity Job System throwing range exceptions and telling me to call jobHandle.complete() even though I have it

Here's the error I cant really make sense of, I don't get why the index is -1? and all these errors im getting are offset by -1.

IndexOutOfRangeException: Index -1 is out of restricted IJobParallelFor range [0...799] in ReadWriteBuffer. ReadWriteBuffers are restricted to only read & write the element at the job index. You can use double buffering strategies to avoid race conditions due to reading & writing in parallel to the same elements from a job.

im just creating a marching cubes 3d noise based cave generator that I have working without unity's job system and its slow so I thought id try this out to improve speeds.

Here is the problem:

Notice: terrainMapVerts[i - 8]

When i is 7 this produces exception, because:

7 - 8 = -1
