I am trying to use the python -m pip install yfinance command to install yfinance. The command is referencing the python 3.9.0
When I try to do this, I receive the following:

Note: if you need reliable uninstall behavior, then install
with pip instead of using `setup.py install`:
- `pip install .` (from a git repo or downloaded source
release)
- `pip install numpy` (last NumPy release on PyPi)

How do I fix this? Does it have to do with the version of python that I am on? Previously I have had no problems with numpy and pandas.
"as of October 6th neither the PyPI file listing for NumPy (a Pandas dependency) nor the file listing for Pandas show Python 3.9 wheels. You can, of course, compile these packages from source, assuming they work out of the box with Python 3.9–but that takes a bunch more effort (setting up compilers) and time."
