I've built a Zap that's set to catch a webhook from Zoho CRM. I've confirmed that the data from Zoho is being posted as it should, but Zapier is not catching the data to trigger the Zap. Thoughts?
I've tested the workflow in Zoho to ensure that it's operating as intended. When the 'when' and 'conditions' are met, Zoho is sending the data configured on the webhook. I confirmed the post is happening via a webhook tester.
I've created a new Zap/webhook and it won't collect test or live data.
