When Docker daemon starts starts it creatting a executable statck called qemu file

Question

I am using the docker version

When ever the docker daemon starts it is creating a exectubale file

But the exe file is blocked by our Linux Security Modules our basic expectation is to understad why docker is generating the qemu executable file and what is the purpose of the file
