Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{io.ionic.starter/io.ionic.starter.MainActivity} on ionic

Question

i am developing an ionic app, and i want to run it in a device with android 4. When i try to build the apk, and run it on android studio, y get this error.

i have already checked the proguard file, it's contains the rules

-keep class com.ionicframework.cordova.webview.** {*; }
-keep class com.ionicframework.cordova.webview.*

i dont know why this error appears. i updated the ionic version, and cordova. And still appears
