Problem connecting to the database in Visual Paradigm

Question

I want to use Visual Paradigm to convert SQL Server database tables to class diagrams. But every driver I downloaded gives a connection timeout error in the connection test. Does anyone have experience with this?

First, I selected the Database menu from the Tools menu and then Reverse Database. In the first step , I have selected , Java language then in next step , I have selected SQL Server (jTDS Driver) with downloaded jtds-1.3.1.jar driver .

After filling Database connection info, I press "Test Connection" button, and the following error has occured:
