MySQL problem with Host Mask and users grants

I have install MySQLWorkbench 8. I have 4 Users :

4 Users root:local, root:% dad:% Elefteria:%

In Query is ask this:

Show Grants for this Users

But only for root:localhost i received the grants.

This is the report

if I change to root@% the result are ok. if I change to dad@% the result are ok. etc.

if I tried : [email protected] or [email protected] or anything similar ==> error...

I can't connect from LAN to database.

I have restart MSQLServer8.0 ... nothing. I have reinstall MSQLServer and Workbench... nothing...

Can u assist me please ?
