you will solve it by running this code in your python IDE

import nltk
import ssl

try:
    _create_unverified_https_context = ssl._create_unverified_context
except AttributeError:
    pass
else:
    ssl._create_default_https_context = _create_unverified_https_context

nltk.download()

after this, it should open a window which will allow you to select the nltk resources you want to use. It should be like this:

Then you click on "Download" and you should be ready to go!
