Gulp fails and returns Unhandled 'error' event

Question

I'm running Gulp and have the following error.

I don't know what's causing the error as I have changed nothing in my codebase since this last worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

ENOENT errors indicate that the file doesn't exist. Double check if sass executables are installed and available in the PATH.

If everything seems fine, remove SASS gems and reinstall it.
