I want to be able to scroll up and have the toolbar collapse while still being pined on the screen, and have the toolbar expand as I scroll down no matter where I am in the body contents. The desired effect seems to be close when using enterAlways and exitUntilCollapsed simultaneously but when the content is at the top and toolbar is still expanded if I try to drag down the collapsable toolbar is dragged with the layout causing the background to show
Is there any way to prevent this?
