I have added a number of additional buttons that on use call my modules, which is perfect. However after adding the following > <Relationship Id="someID" Type="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2006/relationships/ui/extensibility" Target="customUI/customUI.xml" /> (as per the link) to the .rels file, every time I open the xlsm Excel states it has found some problems and needs to repair. Repairing the file works and I can see and use my new customs ribbon tab, but it opens a read only copy that requires saving, once I save the document the saved version no longer shows my custom Ribbon UI and the .rels file is reset.

How would I fix the file and prevent it from repairing/opening a read only copy after I adjust the .rels file whilst still keeping my customUI additions?
