Hello I was trying to install the neopixel plus library but i got this error, I tried to understand it but I doesn't totally understand, seams a file is missing and the name of the file seems to have an encoding error. Sorry for my english (I'm trying my best) I have done research for a similar problem but i didn't find any,I still continue my research. Have a good day
