Where the credentials are stored with Rocketeer?

Asked by At

my rocketeer setup is OK but there's something not really secure : the config file.

Indeed, my project will be on a public repository and it's not a good idea to store my credential on it.

So, I saw on the rocketeer's documentation and that, is the solution :

To solve that problem, the command line will prompt you for any missing >credential and store them in an hidden JSON file on your local machine >(by default in ~/.rocketeer)

But I didnt see this file on my machine. Also, I'm using Docker.

Thanks for help mates !

I tried rocketeer flush, check and test but the credentials were never stored

'connections'      => [
    'integration' => [
         'host'      => '',
         'username'  => '',
         'password'  => '',
         'key'       => '',
         'keyphrase' => '',
         'agent'     => '',
         'db_role'   => true,
        ],
    'production' => [
        'host'      => '',
        'username'  => '',
        'password'  => '',
        'key'       => '',
        'keyphrase' => '',
        'agent'     => '',
        'db_role'   => true,
     ],
]

Do not use the config.php and only store credentials on local machine
