WAMP 2.5 not properly seated on the WIN XP 32 BIT Machine

I have installed " wampserver2.5-Apache-2.4.9-Mysql-5.6.17-php5.5.12-32b " Unable to turn on wamp, getting below error.

Installation has done on the Window XP, 32 Bit system

Wampserver 2.5 will not run on Windows XP
