I'm trying to sync a data logger accelerometer app with labview ECG equipment. I've previously solved this by trigger the ECG equipment with a 300Hz beep a test app. However now I need to use an app thats not my own to collect the data. Is there any way to know when the phone has started collecting accelerometer data so that an application can be made to run in the background and emit a noise when the collection starts?
