Swift: Moving whole scene

I am trying to make a level map/menu for a game in Swift and want to have a map/background image, which is bigger than the screen (landscape mode, only vertical scrolling), so the user can scroll through the levels by dragging "the whole screen".

How can I implement the scrolling? Can I simply drag the background into the sks file and add a function in the .swift or do I have to load the background as a SKSpriteNode and add a function?
