SQL Server connection error with login control in asp.net after moving the project on different machine

Question

My asp.net application was working fine on my machine. For testing purpose, I moved the whole project on different machine.

Now everything is working except login. I am able to load data in my web site from database so I believe no issue with connection string.

I am using FormAuthentication with my own SQL Server database (have a separate table in my application database) and EF 4.0.

Here is the error message...
