I have the following dataframe (perc):

    BI-RADS assessment  Non-null    Null
0   1.0                 0.55        1.00
1   2.0                 2.1         2.6
2   3.0                 3.7         8.9
3   4.0                 55.1        70.7
4   5.0                 38.7        20.1

and would like to get a barplot comparing non-missing and missing according to BI-RADS assessment category with the 95% confidence intervals.

I have tried this code:

perc = pd.melt(perc, id_vars = 'BI-RADS assessment', var_name='missingness', value_name='percentage')
sns.barplot(x='BI-RADS assessment', y='percentage', hue='missingness', data=perc)
plt.show()

which gives me the following barplot without the desired CI (I thought they would show up automatically): enter image description here
