I just spent about an hour creating a database for a project and upon closing pgadmin, it will now no longer open and crashes instantly. I tried rerunning the installer to upgrade my version and now am receiving this issue.

If anyone can assist me with retaining my work whilst upgrading pgadmin or fixing this crashing issue it would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried running the installer again, downloading pgadmin separately etc.
