Meaning of -t command line parameter when calling python

Asked by At

I have seen the following shebang in a python script:

#! /usr/bin/python3 -OOt

python --help reveals what -OO means:

-O : remove assert and __debug__-dependent statements; add .opt-1 before
         .pyc extension; also PYTHONOPTIMIZE=x
-OO : do -O changes and also discard docstrings; add .opt-2 before

But I can see no entry for -t. What does it mean?
