Link to download iTMSTransporter for windows 7?

Can someone provide me link to download iTMSTransporter for windows 7. I searched on net it only provides a .pkg file which is not opening in windows.

iTMS is actually a part of Xcode and I'm afraid you cannot use it on a Windows machine natively at all.

which can be found on iTunes Connect referenced by other PDF files there clearly indicates there were versions for other OS's.

However they have either been unintentionally omitted from the present site or Apple's docs are outdated.

I guess Apple hide it. Go to https://itunesconnect.apple.com/transporter/, input what version you want.

ex: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/transporter/1.8.3/iTMSTransporterToolInstaller_1.8.3.exe
