I'm getting a linker error when I try to link a c++ and c object file. It is not able to resolve the symbols in the c object file.

Why are the relevant symbols prefixed with _
? Is this what's causing the problem?
Also, the C file was compiled with -x c
in g++(dunno if it is relevant).
Sounds like you need to make the C++ routine(s) compatible with C linkage. See: In C++ source, what is the effect of extern "C"?
