java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/http/client/config/RequestConfig

Question

I imported Parse4j to my project.

My project has the following tutorial lines:

Parse.initialize("xyz", "abc");
ParseObject team = new ParseObject("GameScore");
team.put("score", 1337);
team.put("playerName", "Neymar");
team.save();

For the last line, the following error is thrown:

Not sure how this is fixed. Any help is appreciated.

Add the following to your pom.xml:

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.httpcomponents</groupId>
    <artifactId>httpclient</artifactId>
    <version>4.3.3</version>
</dependency>
