Is there any way to run JavaScript in the background in the web view app?

Question

I want to make html5 audio player that is implemented on the web as a web view application. But Webview does not play the next song because it kills JavaScript in os.

I tried react-native and cordova, but impossible.

If anyone knows how to make it possible, give me a hint.
