I've looked around on SOF a bit but haven't really found anything that helped fix this. What is causing this error?

Please note that this worked fine before I got this error

Remove adapter class reference from manifest.

You only add activity classes in manifest

Its crashing because you are specifying an adapter class in the manifest, remove that and you dont have a default starting activity for your application You need something like this in the manifest:

<activity android:name=".put your started activity name here"
              android:label="@string/app_name">
 <intent-filter>
        <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
        <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
    </intent-filter>
</activity>

Specify the activity that you want
