DHE & ECDHE implementation in c

I am trying to compare the DHE & ECDHE implementation using OpenSSL, given below is the code which I tried to do the same but I need the client server demo program where client and server can exchange the public key and then generate the shared secret.

I need a sample implementation of both these algo in C, so that I can use this in my project.
