convert Tensorflow1 to Tensorflow 2

there is a code written with tensorflow1 on this link. https://github.com/carlthome/tensorflow-convlstm-cell/blob/master/cell.py I want to use this class as a layer in TensorFlow.Keras. So it should be written with TensorFlow version 2. How can do it? this is this code: import tensorflow as tf
