a proper replacement for Cesium map engine

Question

I used to work with Cesium ion and their map engine in my project. I want to know if there are any better or equal map engines out there. found some options and am not sure about them.

1. MapTiler
2. Carmenta
3. ArcGis (Although I'm not sure about this one)
